Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all! We will lead you through these activities, as you express yourself. For example, some writing activities have AI that is your writing sidekick. Art activities are built so that you make the choices and the result looks good. MindClay is for everyone who wants to feel better while being creative.

MindClay is in the same space as apps you may have heard of like HeadSpace and Calm. Meditation is the primary focus in those apps. Meditation is great, but it doesn’t work for everyone. Also, it can be hard to get motivated to meditate – over 90% of people drop out from those apps within 30 days. MindClay works through creative activities, so it guides you in your mental wellness journey and it’s fun and motivating and easy to stick with.

Creative Arts Therapies are proven to work. You’ll see lots of literature references inside. And we have creative therapists on our team. Just like any digital delivery — meditation, tele-therapy, sleep apps — effectiveness can vary from person to person. Which is a great reason to try it for yourself!
